Our Managing Consultant
Thomas Tsikai is an experienced, resolute, and passion driven registered Industrial/Organisational Psychologist (PS141097). He has exhaustive experience as an Industrial/Organisational Psychologist in the Healthcare, Banking, Mining, and Medico-legal fields.
Thomas has compiled numerous psycho-legal reports (±25 000) and has testified in various courts as an Expert Witness.
Thomas is a keen academic, with research interests in understanding the intricate human processes in hybrid work settings, Psychological Contracts, Psychological Well-being, Psychological Entitlement and Helicopter Management Style.
Thomas’ objectivity, positivity and agility have positioned him as one of the most sought after Industrial Psychologist in this field. Thomas is a holder of a Bachelor of Psychology Degree in Industrial Psychology (Hons), Master of Social Science Degree in Industrial Psychology (UKZN) and a PhD candidate in Industrial/Organisational Psychology (UP).
